DELIVERY & REFUNDS
We are currently operating as normal with little change in delivering your orders. We are in constant contact with our suppliers and we will let our customers know if any changes occur via our website and our social media channels. If we anticipate your order might be affected we will let you know as soon as possible.
** Please note we have been advised that international delivery is now estimated to take between 3-4 weeks.

Item availability
Our prints are dispatched for delivery 3-8 working days. If you order a few items from us, they may well arrive in separate and multiple packages.
Delivery methods
Most of our orders are shipped using the UK Royal Mail postal service or via DHL. We operate full online order tracking with all product deliveries over £50. Some of our products are shipped from different warehouses and therefore can arrive at different times in separate deliveries. All our orders are shipped requiring a signature on delivery.
Delivery time scale
Any order placed after 3 pm will be processed the following working day. Shipping times will be calculated from the following day.
Where we deliver
V & R design delivers products to a wide variety of countries. You will be informed if we cannot fulfil your order after you specify your delivery address in the checkout process.

P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Duty
Customers receiving goods outside the United Kingdom may be liable for local duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it is a matter between you and your local customs agency. You are responsible for any duty owed, V & R Design are not liable for any duty charges.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. Simply send us an email at , including your order number for our refernce
Refunds and Returns policy
Here at V & R design, we pride ourselves in offering a seamlessservice however we know sometimes things go wrong. If you are not satisfied with your prints or have changed your mind you have the right to request a refund within 30 days of the transaction. To arrange a refund, please send an email outlining the reason you would like to return your item to admin@vandrdesign.co.uk We will then need to receive the product within 30 days before the refund being actioned. We require items to be returned in original condition, in the full original packaging. Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of us receiving the goods, although please allow up to 3-5 working days for the balance to be restored to your account.
Please note:
•Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs back to you - unless the product is faulty or damaged or the issue has been a fault of V&R Design. Please use a local Post Office or Parcelforce. We would advise sending any returns with tracked shipping, as we will not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
